SHIPPING POLICY

​​Our website currently supports deliveries via  courier company Box Now & ACS.

We ship worldwide via ACS. Free shipping on all orders within Greece!

About BOX NOW after placing your order, we’ll contact you to finalize your nearest locker location based on your provided address.

After your order is handed over to one of the above couriers you select during checkout, we will either notify you via email with the tracking number for your order so you can track its location at any time, or you will receive a message (sms or viber) from BOX NOW with a 6-digit PIN code to collect your order from the automatic locker.​​

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 to 5 business days, depending on product availability. Also, orders are prepared and shipped exclusively from Monday to Friday. They are not prepared or shipped on weekends, national holidays, or public holidays.
For orders that require more time to be shipped, you will be informed via email.

Moreover, you can track the progress of your order by logging into your account and selecting the “Orders” option.
