REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation Before Delivery (Right of Withdrawal Before Delivery)

The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e., to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to marofrouzaki.com at the email address: marofrouzaki@gmail.com.
will accept the cancellation and refund the Customer by crediting their credit card only if the purchased product(s) have not yet been handed over to the courier company for delivery to the Customer.
If the products have already been handed over to the courier company, the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products under the terms described below.

Product Exchange After Delivery

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase, they have the right to request an exchange of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer may complete the return form found at the bottom of our website via the provided link.

If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, the Customer will be notified by email to proceed with a new payment procedure (to pay the price difference). The email will contain a link to the payment page on the website, where the Customer will enter all necessary payment information according to the terms below.
If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, marofrouzaki.com will credit the Customer the difference as described below.

Product Returns After Delivery (Right of Withdrawal After Delivery)

If the Customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they further have the right to return the product and request a refund of the paid amount, as provided by Greek consumer protection law (right of withdrawal from concluded sale).
In this case, the Customer sends an email to frouzakis.gr at the email address above (marofrouzaki.com) requesting the return of the product against a refund.
If the Customer wishes to return the product for personal reasons without an exchange, they will bear the return shipping costs.

Deadline for Exchange or Return Requests

All requests for exchange or return must be sent within 14 full days from the date of receipt of the product.
Requests for exchange or return after the 14-day period will be accepted only in cases of defective products according to Greek law, under the applicable sales contract provisions.

Terms and Conditions for Validity of Exchange or Return
Exchange or Return of the Entire Product

Both the right of exchange and the right of return apply to the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (e.g., accessories).

Condition of Returned Products​
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product is proven to have been used and will be returned at the Customer’s expense.
Products must be returned (for refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact, and in their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.).
They must not have been worn, altered, or washed, and labels must remain attached.

Shipping Returned Products to marofrouzaki.com

Shipping of products for exchange within Greece is free only when using the same courier company that delivered the product initially.
If the product is sent back by a different courier, the Customer will bear the shipping costs.
The Customer must send an email to marofrouzaki.com at marofrouzaki@gmail.com requesting the return or exchange. -
For each product returned or exchanged, the Customer must include a copy of the original purchase receipt with the shipment.

Delivery Costs for Exchanged Products

For products exchanged, the Customer will not be charged for the delivery of the new product received after the exchange.

Conditions for Product Return
​
If any of the above conditions are not met, marofrouzaki.com reserves the right either (a) to consider the exchange or return right invalid and therefore refuse the return or exchange, or (b) especially in cases where the product is returned damaged, worn, or used, to accept the return or exchange while claiming compensation from the Customer for the value of the defects of the returned product.

Refund

Once marofrouzaki.com receives the return or exchange request and the above conditions are met, the Customer’s credit card will be credited with the relevant amount.
Processing of the request and credit usually takes up to 7 business days. The Customer will be notified once the refund or exchange has been fully processed.
In cases where marofrouzaki.com is entitled to compensation for defects in returned products, it reserves the right to deduct the compensation amount from the refund.
